(ALL WITHIN A 1/4  to 1/2 MILE RADIUS OF PROPERTY ADDRESS),

*Available for all your Open House Dates 6 Days a Week..

SORRY, NO FRIDAY OPEN HOUSES OR ENTERING INTO GATED COMMUNITIES.

(we will leave signage at gate entry for you and the amount of signs you request to lead your clientele to the home.)


  WE DO THE FOLLOWING:

Brokers, Publics & Twilight Opens PLUS SPECIAL EVENTS AS WELL (yard sales, agent promotions, etc. we do a lot just ask us)

Twilights times until 8pm M-Th only during spring & summer,

And 7pm end time during fall and winter hours.

IMPORTANT!! IF PROPERTY IS WITHIN A HUGE COMMUNITY..WE WILL LEAVE THE EXTRA SIGNS OUT WITH THE ONE ON THE STREET..WE DO NOT ENTER PRIVATE PROPERTIES OR HUGE COMMUNITIES DUE TO RISK FACTOR WITH MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS..

REASON: WE'VE BEEN YELLED AT,  SIGNS MOVED OR GONE MISSING, THREATENED, AND SO FOURTH..HENCE WHY..

FOR TWILIGHT EVENTS ORDERS,

YOU MUST BE GIVEN WITH A MINIMUM OF 48 HOUR NOTIFICATION

NO EXCEPTIONS

(meaning: must be ordered at the 12pm deadline 48 HOURS PRIOR)

*Up to 10 signs will be placed per open house.

(meaning: if you have 2 we will place the 2 or if you have 15 and 2 opens, we will split the signage evenly or what ever it takes to set up properly)

STANDARD SIZE SIGNAGE ONLY FOR OUR SERVICES TO BE RENDERED

Signs must be no taller than 36" and no wider than 30" 

AND NO MORE THAN 2" IN THICKNESS..

BIGGER THAN THIS WOULD NOT BE TAKEN..SORRY.

WE ALSO PLACE A NOTIFICATION WITH ADDRESS ON THE SIGNS WITH  

TIMES OF OPENS IF REQUESTED..

 

*No Friday opens at all..

sorry, our deadline falls at 12PM on Friday,

Especially if you're having weekend opens, we need the

signage on hand and prepped for your weekend services.

 

**During non daylight saving times (Fall & Winter),

open house endings are only until 4pm..

**During daylight savings (Spring & Summer),

open house endings are only until 5pm..

THIS WILL STILL BE ENFORCED WHEN THERE IS NO TIME CHANGE IN THE LATE FALL THROUGH EARLY SPRING 2024 AND ON...

 

**THERE IS A $5 PER OPEN HOUSE FUEL SURCHARGE FEE FOR EVERY OPEN, IT MAY GO UP TO $6 PER OPEN IF GOES OVER $6 PER GALLON. GASOLINE IS WAY TOO HIGH RIGHT NOW WITH NO STOP IN MIND. UNTIL IT GOES BACK DOWN BELOW $4 A GALLON..WE WILL LOWER THE FEE

THESE FEES GO DIRECTLY TO OUR DRIVERS ONLY FOR THEIR FUEL..NOT FOR PROFIT

WONDERING WHEN THE SIGNS GO UP AND TAKEN DOWN?

SIGNAGE GOES UP EARLY IN THE MORNING HOURS AND PICKED UP ON TIME AFTER YOUR OPEN ENDS BUT CAN BE FROM 1 - 3 HOURS LATER. THIS IS ALL DEPENDING ON THE DRIVERS ROUTES AND ENDING TIMES OF YOUR OPENS AS WELL..

TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE ONLY..NOT AN EXACT SCIENCE.

WE DO OUR BEST TO TIE SIGNS DOWN DURING THOSE PESKY SANTA ANA WINDY DAYS TO PREVENT SIGNAGE FROM GETTING DAMAGED AND OR FALLING OVER.


WANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU SIGNAGE WILL BE PLACED?

Submit order(s) with full address in by Monday 3pm and we will start the process of getting the map to you as soon as possible..we CANNOT do exchange of map(s) 1 or 2 days prior to open houses..these requests must be completed and confirmed by Wednesday 5 pm.

BIG TEAMS..PREFERABLY TO GET WEEKEND ORDERS IN BY WEDNESDAY END OF DAY THEE LATEST PLEASE..ITS A CHALLENGE SOMETIMES WORKING WITH MINIMAL SIGNAGE AND FIGURING OUT THEE SET UPS..THANKS IN ADVANCE

DROPPING OFF MORE SIGNAGE FOR FUTURE ORDERS?

SIGNS NEED TO BE IN HOUSE BY WEDNESDAY 12PM WITH A 24 HOURS NOTIFICATION AHEAD OF TIME PLEASE..

ALSO NEW & CURRENT CLIENTS:

IF NEED US TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF SIGNAGE, PLEASE LET US KNOW AT A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS TO ARRANGE A DROP OFF OR PICK UP..WE ARE CURRENTLY OVERLOADED WITH NEW CLIENTELE COMING IN AND HAVE A 2 WEEK DELAY..

GOT YOUR OWN MAP? DESIGNATED SPOTS MUST BE WITHIN THE 1/4 MILE RADIUS..THESE ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY TUESDAY 12PM THE LATEST TO AVOID ANY DELAYS AND RECONFIGURATION OF ROUTE MAPS..

IF YOU ARE HAVING A OPEN HOUSE NEAR A BIG EVENT CENTER ON THE SAME DAY..PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL PLANNING..AS WE WILL PROBABLY PICK UP A BIT EARLY DUE TO THE HORRIBLE TRAFFIC..

 

IF YOU PLAN ONE AND WE CANNOT PICK UP SIGNS DUE TO TRAFFIC ISSUES AND/OR STREET CLOSURES ETC..YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PICK UP SIGNS.

EVENT CENTERS INCLUDED

ROSE BOWL, HOLLYWOOD BOWL, STAPLES CENTER AREA,

USC, GREEK THEATRE..ETC

DO NOT use your assistant to put up your signage..YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING THEM IN HARMS WAY..

Thee Sign Guy will leave a notification on the property sign for potential buyers to not disturb tenants prior to open house(s) & return during specific open house hours.

CANCELLING AN OPEN?

 

Need to cancel an open house? NO PROBLEM!!

 

Must TEXT us by 12am the day of open houses to avoid any fees!!

 

If an open house is cancelled and there was no prior notice to Thee Sign Guy Services about sign removal after install has been made, Thee Sign Guy Services will charge an additional $25 an hour for the time wasted trying to relocate signage.

MOVING A SIGN? PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME TO WHERE IT GOT MOVED SO WE CAN LET OUR DRIVER KNOW AND PICK IT UP..

(MUST BE WITHIN OUR SERVICE AREA OF 1/4 MILE RADIUS)

 

STORAGE:

If Used on a regular basis, we will store and maintain only your

active directional signs at NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO YOU!!  

Storage fees will apply for non used signage.

We at Thee give you, thee agent, 2 months (60 days) of leeway of non use from your last open for the original set (up to 12 signs),

once you pass those 2 months after your last open house,

we will back track to your last month used and begin charging storage fees. 

$10 per month (for your original set (up to 12 signs)

$10 per month for any additional set(s)

FOR EVERY 10 SIGNS THEREAFTER FROM THE ORIGINAL 12

Sign Disposal

 

We offer disposal of your old signs if you decide not to

want them as well or if changing brokerages. 

$75 for every up to 10 signs to take to the dump.

Termination of Services:

 

It is unfortunate but it does happen..we'd hate to lose you!!

 

Once a decision is made to terminate services,

all unpaid invoices due must be paid in full.

once paid we will return all your signage at our earliest date available. If you

decide you want to come pick them up sooner, please let us know and we can

arrange to leave them out for pick up..but remember we will not release any signage

until all unpaid invoices are paid in full, if paying by check, not until check clears..
